Data Deletion

Sellers can request removal of Amplifly Studio access and deletion of account data by emailing ampliflystudio@gmail.com from an authorized account contact. Amplifly Studio is operated by OneCommerce Inc.

What happens after a request

• We verify that the requester is authorized for the seller account, normally within 5 business days.
• We revoke or remove stored Amazon authorization tokens.
• We stop all future data synchronization for the account.
• We delete or de-identify stored account data within 30 days of verification, subject to legal, security, and operational retention requirements.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups expire within 90 days.

Amazon-side revocation

Sellers can also revoke application access at any time in their Amazon account authorization settings. Revocation prevents future API access but does not automatically delete historical data already synchronized into Amplifly Studio — use the request process above for deletion.
